The Interactional Sociophonetics Lab is looking for people to participate in a study about language.

You will be asked to bring a friend to the lab, and be video-recorded as you converse about a variety of topics. You and your friend will each receive $10 for participation in each experiment. Participants will also be invited back for another recording session in which they converse with a stranger on similar topics, for another $10.

Participants must be 18 or older and native speakers of American English. One session usually take no longer than an hour.
