Everyone have their own bathroom and closet, we just need to clean after ourselves in the common areas , there will be minimum to up keeping
It is only when some do not clean after themselves will breed resentment and unpleasantness.
One housemate will be a google software developer , is currently hiking in South America , so will not be able to meet and greet until mid August
The other work long hours , just home to shower and sleep

Your room is 23x9 ', inclusive of built in closet and 5x9 full bath , 5x 3 window
Everything is turn key , move in with your bags.
