Large and lovely backyard for lounging, complete with a lemon tree, and skylights make the indoor space feel light and airy.

The rooms vary in size and price, starting with the smallest (but still decently sized) at $845/month, a large room at the front of the house for $1010/month, a huge room with a beautiful wall of windows facing the backyard for $1150/month, and the master bedroom with private bathroom at $1200/month. The house has two other bathrooms in addition to the private master bathroom, a large and comfy living room that looks out on the backyard through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and a full kitchen complete with a gas stove for cooking enthusiasts. The house will be freshly cleaned from top to bottom, as the new lease will just be starting. Four of the incoming roommates will still be gone for the summer, and will return September 18th to 21st. S, the fifth of the incoming crew, will be in the house. S is an easygoing grad student in social psychology, and enjoys taking long meandering walks, chatting about human nature over a good cup of tea, lounging in hammocks in the sunshine, and dancing blues (or any other type of dance, really).

We're looking for friendly, low-key, responsible folks who have their own things going on but also might want to share a drink/chat/meal with their roommates now and again. Queer friendly.
