The apartment is located at walking-distance to San Antonio Shopping Center and walking-distance to the San Antonio Caltrain station, 2 stops from Stanford University. Commute to Stanford via bicycle paths is approximately 20 minutes.

The apartment is nice and sunny thanks to large windows.There is a wonderful shared garden with a swimming pool and patio area and big trees that spend a lot of shade for the hot summers here. It is a gated apartment complex.
It comes with an assigned covered parking space and extra storage space within the carport.
There is a bicycle shed and laundry room on the premisses.

The owner rents it out for periods of 6 months with renewal leasing options and the lease will be $2,300.- per month. Electricity, Gas, Water and Garbage is included in the price. The only additional costs we had were wireless internet.
