Single, professional mom seeking help with kids/home in exchange for rent. Room available in College Terrace house half a block from Stanford. I have two kids (3 and 11) and a busy full time job!

This could be a great opportunity for a student or professional who works in the area. Females only, please. We can only take an individual (no couples, families, friends) - sorry! While the room is large, the hallway to get to the semi-private bathroom is shared.

What kind of swap am I looking for? Trade of approx. 25 hours/wk of childcare, including:

Help with the kids most weekday mornings (7-8 am ish)
Pick up 3 yr old from day care two blocks away (5-6 pm ish)
Some driving to and from sports activities (5-7 pm ish)
Reading and help with homework
Grocery shopping/cooking dinner
Occasional evening/weekend childcare
Ideal, but not required, around home when my son gets out of school (3 pm)

I can be flexible about exact schedule and can tradeoff certain days to help accommodate classes or other activity.

Want someone who has significant childcare experience and ideally has experience with learning differences. Required: good references and background check. Mainly, we are looking for the right fit with our family! We are very excited to have some extra energy in the house.
