Title: Classroom Support Contingent Employee

9 to 12 hours per week M,W,F 7AM to 10AM

Educational Technologies, in the Stanford University School of Medicine, provides a highly coordinated set of educational planning and support services for the innovative and appropriate use of educational technology throughout the School of Medicine.

Job Description:

This position will assist EdTech staff to provide laboratory/facility support to routinely meet the high standards of availability and service that the department provides.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange classrooms based on instructional needs 90%
• Prepare computing equipment set up based on instructional needs
• Perform equipment maintenance and organization
• Assist with Scheduling phone line coverage as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Abilities:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow through on tasks to completion in a timely manner • Demonstrate good attendance, neatness, punctuality, accuracy • Basic knowledge of computing systems, and MS office applications • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
