I am looking to sublet my room from Nov 21 till Dec 24. It's a room in one of the 2-BR 1-bath apartments in Escondido Village. My room is fully furnished, and the apartment includes a fully-furnished kitchen and a spacious living room. Rent is $1200 for the 34-days period, which includes laundry, national land-line phone connection, WiFi internet access and 24-hours housing service. You'll need to share the common facilities (bathroom, living room, kitchen) in the apartment with my room mate. There's a (free) Marguerite shuttle stop outside my house that connects to the rest of the campus and the nearby Caltrain stations.
