share bathroom/kitchen/dining area with a female phd student, no living room in the apartment.

Rent 747/month (This is the price I paid to the University but your price could be calculated to the exact number of days you are subletting)
$300 security deposit.

Requirement 

female only, no smoking, no pet.
Clean and quiet person preferred.
Full Payment before moving in.
