I'm new to Stanford (and the area) and am wondering if there are peeps around who like to listen to metal, especially the post-/prog-/pretentious varieties.

I'm planning on going into SF on Thursday to see one of my favorite bands, Intronaut. I've seen them live twice before and they put on a good show. I've linked a song of theirs below.

The show: doors at 7:30, show at 8. $16.50 includes ticket and service charge. I haven't decided if I'm gonna drive or take the train up.
