you see yourself moving into an apartment in the Valley near January
you're thinking 6-12 month lease
you're looking for apartment mates (1-2) each in their own room
you're into running, hiking, dancing, camping, concerts, SF visits, cooking, yoga, movie nights, etc
your apartment budget lies within $1200 - 1400
you're the happy professional type
probably graduated & in your twenties
no sneaky drug/smoking habits
or furry friends
you're social enough to apartment hunt with two other strangers looking for the same thing over coffee and apt visits
piled dishes and scummed bathrooms erk you but piled clothes means you're alive or just finished laundry!
