Available anytime after December 1; 6-month lease, ending between mid-Jun and mid-July 2015.

Townhouse is located just south of the Lawrence Expressway exit of 101 (right across from AMD headquarter). Ample of street parking just outside the entrance of the townhouse. No pets, guns, drugs, or overnight guests please. Solo occupants only (no couples or room sharing). The townhouse is also equipped with A/C but the first floor is generally cool enough even during hot summer days. It comes with a full size bed, a large desk, a bookshelf, and a night stand. Light cooking in the kitchen is welcomed.

Rent is $1200 per month, including utilities, high-speed internet, and laundry. $600 deposit.
