I need to find a new roommate as my current one is moving. The house has 3 rooms/1 bathroom in the main living area, and one bedroom with a full bathroom in the detached converted garage. Tenant can choose to live in main house or in separate living quarters with full kitchen etc privileges. The home has gated parking and a ton of space. The laundry room is attached to separate garage area but has separate entrance from living quarters. Utilities less than $100 a month. I personally don't need cable tv, but we will split whatever utilities we agree on. Wi-Fi a must! I'd prefer to have a cleaner come in for deep cleaning once/twice a month. I'm a preschool teacher, and travel during all breaks. One month security deposit and credit check required. If needed, you can store stuff in late December once approved by landlord. The place is partially furnished and we use the third bedroom for guests and storage. I'm pretty laid back, prefer someone similar, not too anal but respectful and tidy.
