I'm looking to sublet my studio in Escondido Village 5 from December 23-January 5th (preference will go to anyone interested in these exact dates). The studio includes a full-sized bed with an extra mattress and spacious, full-service kitchen that would be fully equipped for the subletter. It is on the 4th floor facing a tree-lined avenue and is extremely quiet. The building has a lounge, a computer lab, and a laundry room with free laundry. The rent is $43/day.
