Want to gain first hand experience working beside the owner of a local start-up?

I run a company called Ladera Granola. We bake granola for about 120 stores across Northern California. We have been in business 3 years and are actively expanding into new grocery store chains and business where we do corporate catering (we deliver our granola).

What you would do:

• strategize with sales in retail, corporate, and online sales channels
• develop PR strategy to generate reviews and publicity for what we are doing
• execute sales strategy by calling, email and meeting with buyers
• execute PR strategy by reaching out to media outlets.
• help out where necessary

Who you are:

• smarter than me
• graduate of top tier university
• passionate about learning about entrepreneurship/business, sales, and/or food
• willing to help our team when we need manpower (running demos, helping with operations, and even deliveries from time to time)
• willing to work for little to nothing to start. If you are a good fit we can put you on payroll and give you equity commensurate with your expected contribution.
