*Parking is first come first serve, however it is not covered or gated.
*No extra storage room.
*Monthly house cleaning service, water and garbage are included in rent.
*Other Utilities: Paid by tenant.

*The condo is vacant now so anytime is good to come & check!

This condo complex has a swimming pool & jacuzzi but only open for summer.

~ What I am looking for
Student/professional, clean/tidy, light cooking, non drug/smoking, no pet.
6-12 month lease with 1 month deposit
