It is conveniently located at the corner of Wolfe & El Camino Real in Sunnyvale(94087) with easy access to 280, 101 & Lawrence expressway.
The master bedroom has a mirrored closet and the small bedroom has a tiny closet with balcony access.
Living Room has a CB2 sofa-bed, glass coffee table, and a TV stand.
The dining area has a dining table with three chairs
Washer & dryer in the unit.
Parking is not covered or gated.
No extra storage room.
Monthly house cleaning service, water and garbage are included in rent.
Other Utilities: PG&E, Comcast Cable Internet bill will be paid by tenant.

This condo complex has a swimming pool & jacuzzi but only open for summer.

~ What I am looking for
Student/professional, clean/tidy, light cooking, non drug/smoking, no pet.
6-12 month lease with 1 month deposit
The monthly rent is 2300

To apply, I will provide you an application form to fill out, and please provide me the current copy of credit report, bank statement and pay stub. Credit/Background Check is $30 PER person.
