To the owner of a dark blue Volkwagen Passat bearing licence plate 4UIJ004, on Feb 18, 2015 at about 7:40 pm, you took a lot at the carpark along Memorial Way near Knight Building. I was waiting there for 15 minutes and had my signal light first on, and you came along and simply took the lot. Just because you were late for a talk does not give you the right to act brazenly at the expense of a fellow driver. Everyone is in a hurry, not just you.
