Now there is one furnished bedroom with private bathroom in town house located at Staunton Ct palo alto for subletting. Cross one block to Stanford Escondido Village, only 2 mins walk to free shuttle C/SE line and EV.
Share the kitchen and living room and balcony with the landlord, who is a Stanford old female faculty.
Only one person permit. At least 4 months lease. $1300 includes all utilities and internet. Deposit $800. March 1st can be available, need earlier can be negotiated.
