What:
1 private room in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. The room has two large closets and can easily fit a full/queen size bed and desk with room left for more furniture. The apartment has a large sunny living room with an HDTV and Wii gaming system. Kitchen has recently been updated with new appliances.

Where:
Situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood steps away from Harvard Law School and 10 min walk to Harvard Square. The building is professionally managed and well-kept.

Who:
The other roommate is a female researcher at MIT. She works from 9-5pm every day. She's very easy to get along with!

When: May. 6 -- Sept. 6 (dates flexible with option to extend lease for another year)

Other information: The rent includes all utilities and wifi!
