I’m looking for a subletter for my Escondido Village Studio (located at 44 Olmsted Rd, 94065).

The rent for the furnished studio is $1309/month (Stanford set rate) and includes laundry room access, internet, and utilities. There is a full extra-long (slightly narrower than a regular queen) sized bed in the apartment and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. On bike, my studio is 6 min from the engineering quad, 10 min to grocery and pharmacy, and < 5 min to cafes and restaurants on Cal Ave. Right outside the studio, there’s also a stop for the free Marguerite shuttle that provides transportation throughout the campus and to shopping areas in Palo Alto.
