My wife and I are subletting our low-rise apartment in Escondido Village, which is Stanford University on-campus housing. The apartment comes fully furnished with a couch, beds, dresser, a desk, a 46” plasma screen TV with premium cable (including movie channels like HBO), chairs, and kitchenware. The apartment has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, although the smaller bedroom will be unavailable as we will be using it for storage. Additionally, you will be free to use our dishwasher and washer/dryer machines, which most other Escondido Village apartments do not have.

Priority will be given to tenants who can stay for the longest period.

Note: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
