Join a lab doing anxiety and depression as well as basic cognitive neuroscience research including brain stimulation (transcranial magnetic stimulation), neuroimaging (fMRI, DTI) and psychophysiology. Volunteer position may turn into paid position towards end of summer, pending performance and available funding. Must be available at least 8 hrs/week for at least 6 months.
Experience doing psychology or neuroscience research is a plus. We will train you.
This is a great experience for those planning graduate studies in psychology, medicine, or neuroscience. Email Dr. Desmond Oathes your c.v. and cover letter describing your interests and background (related coursework, GPA, lab experience) - oathes at stanford .edu .
