We are subletting our apartment (more like a townhome) in Escondido Village from 4/4/15-4/12/15 for $65.50/night, with a $400 refundable deposit. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a crib and a twin bed (up high like a bunk-bed with a railing so kids don't fall....note that the bed is for my young child, so it doesn't have a ladder, but I can easily climb into it as it is only about 4 feet tall). The mattress for the twin bed could likely be moved to the floor if the lack of a ladder is a problem. You'll have the whole the place to yourself. EV apartments have a private patio which backs onto a fenced in courtyard with a playground and lots of open space.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Note: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense. Priority will be given to parties who are willing to sublease for the entire duration.
