"Dance like nobody is watching" - when was the last time you did this, sober?
At the Ecstatic Dance, you can do exactly that: Dance exactly how you want to, every second of it, move the muscles you forgot you had, to great, upbeat dance music. Call it hippie aerobics, or a great workout. It's epic. 200-300 people.
Sundays 10:30am-1pm in the Sweets Ballroom in Oakland. I went once, and would love go regularly, but public transport is shitty. Shall we split the gas and go crazy on a regular basis? :D
