"I am a 40-something female visiting scholar looking to sublet an apartment for June through September/October 2015 (dates flexible).

I would prefer a 1-bedroom that is either on campus, in San Francisco, or someplace in-between with good access to Caltrain. I am a quiet, responsible, non-smoking, tidy, and early-to-bed/early-to-rise professional, and would find it ideal to have leasors/neighbors who are the same.
