I am subletting my room for the summer (mid-June to mid-September) in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on campus at Stanford in the Liliore Green Rains Houses. The apartment is on the second floor and is fully furnished. Rent is $1000 per month with a security deposit of $500 (will be refunded if there are no major damages to the apartment).

The community is conveniently located on campus and includes several grassy outdoor areas and picnic benches as well as a sand volleyball court and numerous lounges. There are multiple laundry rooms with free laundry machines. Sublease to female non-undergraduate Stanford affiliate only.

Important note about eligibility:
Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
