I'm subletting my furnished bedroom with attached bathroom in a Munger 4BR/4.5BA apartment (bedroom includes a bed, desk, ergonomic chair, lamps, bookshelf, large closet, and drawer space). One other room in the apartment may also be available, if you're hoping to sublet with a friend.

The rest of the apartment is furnished as well. It has a fully set-up kitchen with pots, pans, silverware and dishwasher. The common room includes a dinner table, couch, and coffee table. Laundry is free in the building, and parking is available in a garage right next door (permit needed). Central AC, internet, and other utilities are included.

Dates: June 6 – September 6 (exact dates flexible; 3 months minimum)
Rent: $1368/month
