You would pay the same price as you would pay at Rains, for a really nice, SINGLE apartment right across the road. Rains staff will also help in the moving process. This is a great deal! You get a single person apartment equipped with a private bathroom, FULL-sized bed and kitchen for a greatly reduced price during the renovation period.
