We are looking for a couple or responsible individual to sublet our place for three months this summer while we are away doing research. We live in a lovely and bright 1-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of an apartment building with elevators.
Our apartment is south-facing with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony, which offer great views of the coastal hills and sunsets. The building was renovated last summer, so carpets are new as well as kitchen countertops and appliances. Enjoy a sunny living room, kitchen area, private bathroom and multiple closets.

We have a few small pots of low-maintenance succulent plants and will give priority to someone who would be happy to look after them (watering once a week).
