• best weather in s.f.
• sunny south facing back porch w/ hammock - back yard -high speed internet/basic cable
• not palatial but cozy and nice
• lots of books and fine art photography
• very reasonably priced
• references - respectful - no smoking/drugs - no pets

• 1 BR is a studio working space
