Hi,

this is Alberto Comparini, 2nd year graduate student at Stanford.

I won't be in Stanford this Summer and my studio will be available from June 16th to September 2015. I will be in my studio up to June 15th. I will probably get back at the beginning of October. Hence, we can arrange different dates based on your and my needs.

Monthly fees are $1309. There is as well a $250 for communication fees, house due, graduate activity. The total is roughly $4850. I do not ask for a deposit, but only that you pay a person who is going to clean up the studio when you move out. Her fee is $80.

I can rent you my mountain bike for the summer at a cost of $100-150. You can use my laser printer, if at the end you buy a new toner (Samsung ML-2165 W).

The studio is furnished. It has a kitchen with all the necessity to cook. You can use all the thing that are in my studio.

I will leave a few thing in my studio during the Summer in a corner of the room.

The studio is in Escondido Village, a very quiet area on campus. By bike, the main quad is about 5-7 minutes.
