I’m looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 3-bedroom Escondido Village low-rise. I’m looking for $892/month--that includes everything--for someone who can sublet from June 12th to mid/late-September. This is significantly less than I'm paying--so in return for saving a couple of hundred bucks, I would prefer someone who can pay the entire sublet right up front (or thereabout). $400 deposit as well (which you get back assuming you don't loose the keys or something).

You will have a twin bed, fully stocked kitchen with stove/microwave/toaster/oven/etc., XBOX 360, vacuum (as well as Stanford's desks, chairs, couches, shelves etc)--all for you to use at no cost. If linens and bedding are an issue, we can work something out. You have a shared courtyard right out back, and a little patio. The address is 105 Hoskins Ct. Apt 102.
