I am subletting my room for any Stanford affiliates for the summer from June 15th to Aug 21st. Asking 907$ (what I am paying for the room now). It is a pretty spacious room in the ground floor with good ventilation. It is a single floor 3BR 1 bath apartment.

The house is handicapped-friendly and is slightly more spacious than other apartments of this type.

Additional utilities:
I can leave the TV (40'') and the chair (in the pictures) in the room under certain conditions
You can use utensils and dishes in the house under certain conditions
