Room available from 06/25/2015 - 8/31/2015. The full unit is a 3 bedroom 1 bath (two story, bedrooms/bath upstairs), and you would be renting one of the private bedrooms, which is for one person only. You share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and some closet space. There is a back patio and a grassy public courtyard area. Your unit overlooks the inner courtyard (not street), which is basically always nice and quiet. Furnished with bed/mattress, bedside table, desk, chair, dresser, and shelf in the bedroom. Also have a nice closet in the room too. Carpeted floor. You can park right out front if you get the parking permit for Escondido Village. Neighbors are all families basically, so the neighborhood is really quiet at night generally. One of your roommates is very polite and sociable who doesn't really ever bring people over, and doesn't use the kitchen much. The other roommate will be a sublicensee, who will work at Stanford over this summer.

Refundable Deposit: $200 (For keys / accidental damages. Fully refunded when we do the final key exchange). Will be added to whatever amount is agreed upon.

Stanford will be billing me all at once for rent / fees for the whole quarter (at the beginning of the quarter). For this reason I would like to have the full amount covering the rent / deposit up front when I give you the keys.
