I am offering a nice, furnished single room in Escondido Village from 6-12 (flexible) until 9-1. You may stay for the entire duration being offered or specify a shorter lease time if desired. While the monthly rate is $700, I am willing to negotiate a reasonable lower price. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, three person occupancy (one person is in the living room), however all apartment-mates are usually not present during the day and weekends and are extremely courteous and quiet at night. Bedroom includes bed, mattress, study table with chair, bookcase, nightstand, dresser and closet for storage. Kitchen contains all necessary amenities. The apartment is only a few minutes away by bike and also just a few minutes away from grocery stores by bus or car.
