I’m looking for a male Stanford affiliate to sublet my bedroom in a 3-bedroom Escondido Village low-rise from June 13th to Sept 19th. This is significantly less than I'm paying--so in return for saving you around $1000 (I really want to sublet this thing!), I would prefer someone who can pay the entire sublet right up front (or thereabout). $300 deposit as well (which you get back assuming you don't loose the keys or something).

You will have a private room on the second floor with twin bed; first floor has fully stocked kitchen with stove/microwave/toaster/oven/fridge/etc., XBOX 360, vacuum (as well as Stanford's desks, chairs, couches, shelves etc)--all for you to use at no cost. If linens and bedding are an issue, we can work something out. You have a shared courtyard right out back, and a little patio. One roommate will be around. The other lives mostly at home, so less potential bathroom wait time! The address is 105 Hoskins Ct. Apt 102.
