I am subletting my studio in the newly-built Kennedy residences in Escondido Village (EV). The studio has a full-sized bed, walk-in closet, large private bathroom, and large shared kitchen (kitchen is shared with another junior studio). The building is brand new (I was the first occupant in my studio). The room is fully furnished w/ bed, desk, sofa chair, table, bookcase, and chairs. Free laundry is available. Plenty of common rooms in building (study lounge and tv lounge) and in commons building (big TV room, ping pong & pool table, music room, laundry room).
