The room is spacious (250-300 sq. ft.) and includes a private bathroom with bath and shower and a walk in closet. Common spaces are large and well furnished, including a modern kitchen w/ new appliances and a small balcony.

My two roommates will continue to occupy their rooms - they're neat, considerate, and friendly.

Our lease ends August 31st so you will need to move out by that date.
