I have a room in Escondido Village low-rise apartment to sublet from 8/21 - 9/16. The utilities are included. We have a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. My roommates are clean and quiet. The apartment has two stories. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The total rent is about $720. It is negotiable depending on the move-in and move-out dates.
