I have an efficiency apartment in the Escondido Village (McFarland Midrise) that will be available from the 1st of July till the end of the summer quarter (mid-August). It's a really nice furnished room and the rent is a little over 750$ a month.

I just moved in last Fall, and the place is in great condition. The building has it's own laundry room (free!), pool room, piano room and a lounge. So it's pretty awesome. Contact me if interested.
