I am going on vacation in September and would like to offer my apartment up for a sublet.
The dates are from August 29th - September 18th.

The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the 8th floor of one of the midrises in Escondido Village of Stanford Campus. The apartment is not shared with anyone and includes wifi and free laundry (in the basement) and has a lovely balcony which faces the San Jose mountains.

Rent will be 1250.00 for the entire duration + a 300$ security deposit.

There are a few MUSTS in order to be able to sublet:
1.) You may not be an undergraduate.
2.) You must have a letter of Stanford affiliation.
3.) You must be able to stay for the entire time (or at least agree to pay for the entire stay).
