I'm a PhD student who will be doing some data collection in August. I'm looking for clean, respectful sublettee from Aug 07 to Aug 31 (end date approximate; some flexibility possible). I'm willing to be flexible on dates, but I have to pay for hotels, etc., while in data collection, so my goal is to cover as much of the time I'm gone (with one person) as possible.

$500 deposit, rent will be dependent on time but will be based on standard EV Studio monthly rent of $1,361.
