I'm looking to sublet a room in a 3 bedroom/2bath house starting Aug 5th and ending in mid September (end date is negotiable, but no later than sept 18), for $1400/month (full payment up-front), utilities included (wifi, washer/dryer included as well). A security deposit of $700 will be requested.

The house is in Mountain View just off of Rengstorff, very close to the San Antonio Cal train station (10min walk), and biking distance from Google, San Antonio shopping center (walmart, target, trader joe's, safeway), and Castro Street. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, plenty of street parking if you have a car.

You would be sharing the house with two subletters, and sharing a bathroom with one other person. The current subletters are female, mid-late twenties, and would appreciate a clean, respectable housemate who is willing to pull their share of the chores (garbage, cleaning up after yourself, washing your own dishes).

I need to know BEFORE Aug 1st if you are interested in looking at the house. The start date of Aug 5th is the earliest possible date of move-in.
