I am subletting my room for any Stanford affiliates from Aug 1st to September 11th. Asking 907$ per month (what I am paying for the room now). It is a pretty spacious room in the ground floor with good ventilation. It is a single floor 3BR 1 bath apartment.
The house is handicapped-friendly and is slightly more spacious than other apartments of this type.
Additional utilities:
TV (40'') and the chair (in the pictures) under certain conditions
You can use utensils and dishes in the house under certain conditions
