I have a place in Santa Clara that I would like to sublet from the night of August 27th ending on Sept 10th. Its a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment.

It's next to a park. 1st floor. There is only a neighbour on 1 side, so 3 sides of windows.
It's a quiet neighbourhood, parking right in front the door.

Im currently looking at $890 includes utilities wifi etc.
