Hello! We are 4 Stanford graduate students looking to rent our fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in beautiful Menlo Park in the Bay Area from Sept 1st-Sept 15th (dates potentially flexible).

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a den, a large kitchen (with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and granite countertops). The house has all bedrooms furnished, TV, kitchen utensils, etc. There is a conveniently located in-unit washer/dryer right next to the kitchen. There is plenty of parking on the street and in front of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is safe and very conveniently located! Safeway is a 7 min drive, Target/Costco are a 3 min drive, and the Atherton Caltrain is a 15 minute walk (the Caltrain runs between SF and San Jose).

Sept 1-15: total is $2900 (includes utilities)
