Hello SUPost -
We have a 1.5 year old Ikea Malm bed, full sized (a few inches narrower than a queen), that we're looking to offload. We got craftsy and built a bed for ourselves, but ended up incorporating the frame and slats from our Ikea bed. I've listed those parts and links to them below.
We're asking $50 but that's negotiable.
The bed includes everything but:

http://www.swedishfurnitureparts.com/collections/full-queen-and-king-beds/products/ikea-malm-bed-frame-replacement-parts ($29)
Sorry for no pictures, we disassembled it without too much foresight! Here's what it looks like:

E-mail with any questions or if you're interested in checking it out.
Best,
Aaron and Katey
