It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with high ceilings, granite counter tops, washer/dryer in apartment, balcony overlooking courtyard garden, on site fitness room and indoor swimming pool/hot tub, garage parking.
Convenient access to both highway 101 and 280, Caltrain station just across the street. Grocery and restaurants just across the street.
Potential to stay longer than 6 months if you resign with Avalon. Move in date has some flexibility in mid to late September. Rent is $2,995.00 + $65 pet rent, includes garage parking, washer/dryer, fitness room access, swimming pool/spa access. You would save hundreds of dollars compared to the current advertised signing rate for the same floor plan at Avalon San Bruno (the website says that this floor plan currently starts at $3,669.00 for a full 12 month lease, meaning that a 6 month lease will be even more expensive)!
