We have an open room for a ~10 day sublet (starting date flexible) from this Monday (9/21) through the following Wednesday (9/30) at $36/day. The room is lightly furnished with a comfortable futon.

The house:

• Big open living/dining room with panoramic views over the hills to downtown and across the Bay.
• Wood flooring with sweet rugs.
• Newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and lit-up liquor cabinet. Microwave.
• Washer/dryer on-site.
• Big balcony overlooking verdant backyard with lots of potential. Backyard has shared access.
• Walking distance to San Bruno Ave (pupuseria, hawaiian bbq, bodega, mexican grocery, four barrel coffee, etc.). Also, close walk or bike to the Alemany market.
• Easy access to the 101, 10 minute drive into the downtown, 10 min bike ride to the Caltrain station, 20 minute bicycle ride to inner Mission.
• Ample street parking.
• 3 blocks from John Mclaren Park (hiking trails, tennis courts, sweeping views over SF).

The room:

• Medium sized at 12' x 14' = 168 sq ft with wood floor. Easily fits any size bed + desk + furniture.
• Newly remodeled bathroom with bath/shower and skylight. Shared with one tidy person (male).
• Large closet.

About us:
-Three mid-twenties professionals. Two of us are a couple who share the master bedroom/bath; he works at a solar company, and she goes to ACTCM. The third is a PhD student at Stanford.

You:
Likes to keep space clean. Must be a good sharer of spaces and household things.
