 Key Qualities & Qualifications Required 

1. Native English Speakers are a must.
2. At least 5 years experience in academic teaching.
3. International English-spoken-university-teaching experience is preferred.
4. Mandatory university degree and TESOL qualification.
5. Active and passionate teaching style.
6. Enjoy teaching students and be willing to make an effort to improve your teaching skills.
7. High sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
8. Be able to follow a lesson plan and create interesting teaching links.
9. Be responsible for Academic English, IELTS, TOFEL, SAT and GRE English classes, specializing in speaking and/or writing modules of the above.
10. Be willing to teach online or face to face English classes.

 Job Description

1. Provide students with relevant and engaging lessons tailored to enable them to reach their personal needs and objectives, performed within the U-Fly Education methodology framework with a particular focus on information and
   communication orientation coupled with a Learn-Try-Apply-Certify approach.
2. Develop and use supplementary material within U-Fly guidelines to support learning needs and objectives.
3. Highly efficient use of time management to ensure maximum student engagement and results.
4. Liaise, support and collaborate with all staff tasked with providing study feedback and support to students.
5. Support scheduling staff to maintain a high level of services to students.
