 Key Qualities & Qualifications Required

Native English Speakers are a must.
At least 5 years experience in academic teaching.
International English-spoken-university-teaching experience is preferred.
Mandatory university degree and TESOL qualification.

Active and passionate teaching style.

Enjoy teaching students and be willing to make an effort to improve your teaching skills.

High sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.

Be able to follow a lesson plan and create interesting teaching links.

Be responsible for Academic English, IELTS, TOFEL, SAT and GRE English classes, specializing in speaking and/or writing modules of the above.

Be willing to teach online or face to face English classes.

 Job Description

Provide students with relevant and engaging lessons tailored to enable them to reach their personal needs and objectives, performed within the U-Fly Education methodology framework with a particular focus on information and

communication orientation coupled with a Learn-Try-Apply-Certify approach.

Develop and use supplementary material within U-Fly guidelines to support learning needs and objectives.
Highly efficient use of time management to ensure maximum student engagement and results.
Liaise, support and collaborate with all staff tasked with providing study feedback and support to students.
Support scheduling staff to maintain a high level of services to students.
Complete all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Actively participate in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings.
Participate in limited promotional work.
Teach 4 or 6 hours per day and 5 days per week, all-year-round full-time job or the 2-3 months of summer/winter school at Guangzhou Headquarters or its branches in different two/third-tier cities of both Guangdong and Hunan provinces. Also all-year-round part-time teachers for online teaching with flexible working hours are much greatly needed

 Salary & Accommodation

For full-time all-year-round and 3- month summer and winter school teachers:

1) You are offered a monthly salary of RMB 10,000 for 4-teaching-hour per day i.e. 20-teaching-hour per week or RMB14,000 for 6-teaching-hour per day i.e. 30-teaching-hour per week at peak teaching month.
2) With students’ feasible class hours in mind, the working days for our teachers are five days a week including 1-to-2-day weekends during the regular semesters, and Monday-through-Friday weekdays during summer and winter
schools for the sake of students’ needs.
3) With extra teaching hours, you are paid additionally 120-150RMB an hour.
4) You are also offered favorable free accommodation of well-furnished apartment located in a top downtown residential area just behind our office building. It is equipped with working and reliable furniture, bedding, and one
bedroom for each teacher with shared bathrooms, air-conditioning, one refrigerator, and internet access and shared large living room, dining room and kitchen. On top of that, you can enjoy superb community facilities and life convenience at down-town area of Guangzhou with only 80-minute train ride from Hong Kong.
5) You can also be offered flight ticket fare refund for single or return flight from your home country depending on whether you have worked with us up to 6 month or up to a year.

For all-year-round part-time online-class teachers, you are paid between 120RMB to150RMB an hour with flexible teaching hours that can be conducted in your country of residence throughout the year.
